At GlowNest, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: LED face masks, facial sculpting tools, and any skincare or wellness devices that have been used.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
